炎痛平经皮给药系统抗炎镇痛作用的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨炎痛平经皮给药系统(TDDS)的抗炎镇痛作用。方法通过研和法制备炎痛平TDDS,并对其进行质量评定。采用甲醛致踝关节炎症法造模、并采用Woolfe热板法作痛阈测定实验,测量小鼠踝关节周长的差值(△L)和痛阈,探索其抗炎镇痛作用。结果小剂量炎痛平组在2.0、4.0h、中剂量炎痛平组在1h和大剂量炎痛平组在0.5h时,△L均小于凡士林+脂肪醇组(P<0.05);中剂量炎痛平组在1.5、2.0、4.0、6.0h,大剂量炎痛平组在1.0、1.5、2.0、4.0、6.0h时,△L均小于凡士林+脂肪醇组(P<0.01)。中剂量炎痛平组和大剂量炎痛平组给药后在60min的痛阈值及在各个时间段的痛阈提高百分率均大于凡士林+脂肪醇组(P<0.01)。结论炎痛平TDDS具有较显著的抗炎镇痛作用。Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic action of Yantongping Trans-dermal Drug Delivery System（TDDS）. Methods Yantongping TDDS was prepared by grinding method and the quality e- valuation was also performed. The anti-inflammatory and analgesic action was assessed by using formaldehyde an- kle inflammation and Woolfe hot plate test. The deviation of murine ankle joint circumference（△L）was examined and the pain threshold was determined. Results Low dosage Yantongping TDDS at 2.0 and 4.0 h,medium dosage at 1.0 h and high dosage at 0.5 h presented better anti-inflammatory effect than vaseline combined with aliphatic alcohol（P〈0.05）. Medium dosage at 1.5,2.0,4.0,6.0 h,high dosage at 1.0,1.5,2.0,4.0,6.0 h presented better anti-inflammatory effect than vaseline combined with aliphatic alcohol （P〈 0.01）. Medium dosage at 60 min and high dosage in all time points showed the elevation of pain threshold and the increasing percentage of pain thresh- old（P〈0.01）. Conclusion It is suggested that Yantongping TDDS has a good anti inflammatory and analgesic action.
