中西医结合治疗气阴两虚型心衰130例临床观察

摘　　要：目的比较中西医结合治疗与纯西医治疗气阴两虚型心力衰竭的疗效,探讨生脉饮中西医结合治疗气阴两虚性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的130例气阴两虚型心力衰竭患者分为研究组和对照组,对照组60例,采用西医常规治疗;研究组70例,在西医常规治疗的基础上加用生脉饮口服,10 mL/次,3次/d,治疗1周后根据患者情况调整剂量,维持治疗3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后心率、血压、射血分数的变化,并应用ELISA检测两组患者血浆NT-proBNP变化。结果(1)研究组总有效率为92.9%,对照组总有效率为78.3%,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)两组患者治疗后心率、收缩压、舒张压明显下降,左室射血分数明显升高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)130例患者治疗后血浆NT-proBNP均值明显下降,研究组下降幅度较对照组下降幅度大,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论生脉饮联合西医治疗气虚两虚型心衰能显著改善患者心功能,降低血浆NT-proBNP水平,疗效优于纯西医治疗。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Integrative Medicine and pure Western medicine treatment of 130 cases of qiyin Deficiency type heart failure.Methods 130 cases of qiyin Deficiency type heart failure patients were divided into the study group and the control group,the control group of 60 patients with conventional Western treatment;study group of 70 patients in Western conventional treatment based on Shengmai drink,once 10ml,three times a day,after one week of treatment to adjust the dose according to the patient’s condition,maintenance therapy 3 months.heart rate,blood pressure changes were observed before and after treatment,detected the two groups of patients with plasma NTproBNP changes.Results（1） study group total effective rate of 92.9% in the control group,the total effective rate of 78.3%,and the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.（2） patients after treatment,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure decreased left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly higher statistically significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）.（3）130 cases of patients with plasma NT-proBNP mean decreased significantly,the decline of the study group compared with the control group decrease（P＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion Shengmai combined with Western medicine to treat qiyin Deficiency of both heart failure can significantly improve cardiac function,reduce the level of plasma NT-proBNP,treatment is better than pure Western medicine treatment.
