优质护理模式在心血管内科护理工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨分析优质护理模式在心血管内科护理工作中应用的效果。方法选取我院2011年1月～2011年12月间收治的80例心血管内科患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者各40例。观察组患者给予优质护理模式服务,对照组给予常规护理模式服务,观察比较两组患者护理的满意度及患者生活质量优良率。结果观察组患者的满意度为97.5%(39/40),对照组患者的满意度为75%(30/40),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量优良率为77.5%(31/40),对照组患者生活质量优良率为62.5%(25/40),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式服务能够提高患者对护理服务的满意度和患者的生活质量,同时也提高了护理人员的个人素质和护理水平。Objective To investigate the application of high quality nursing in Department of internal medicine nursing work in cardiovascular effect.Methods in our Hospital in 2011 January-2011 year in December admitted 80 cases of cardiovascular patients in the Department of internal medicine,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with high quality nursing service mode,the control group was given routine nursing mode,the two groups were observed and compared nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients with excellent and good rate.Conclusion high quality nursing service mode can improve patients satisfaction with nursing service and the quality of life of the patients,but also improve the quality and level of nursing of nursing staff.
