摘　　要：目的研究冠心病患者支架植入术后护理干预对患者心理反应的影响,为冠脉支架术后科学的护理方法提供理论依据。方法对植入冠状动脉支架的患者进行科学的心理干预,比较患者术前和术后心理状况的变化。结果患者术后与术前相比较心理状态均有明显改善。结论护理干预改善了冠脉支架术后患者的心理反应。Objective to study the coronary heart disease patients after stent implantation for patients with psychological nursing intervention to influence the reaction,for after coronary ZhiJiaShu scientific nursing methods provide theoretical basis.Methods coronary artery stent implantation for patients with scientific psychological intervention,more patients with preoperative and postoperative mental status changes.Results postoperative patients with preoperative psychological state compared are greatly improved.Conclusion the nursing intervention can improve the patients after coronary ZhiJiaShu psychological reaction.
