摘 要:目的探究"零缺陷"管理模式对提高门急诊护理服务质量中的作用效果。方法对比分析"零缺陷"管理模式实施前后门急诊基础护理质量、护士服务能力以及对护理工作的满意等情况。结果 "零缺陷"管理模式实施后门急诊基础护理质量、护士服务能力以及对护理工作的满意度较实施前均有提高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将零缺陷管理模式应用于门急诊护理上对提高护理服务质量具有重要意义。Objective To explore the effect of zero defect theory in improving nursing management in outpatient and emergency.Methods The quality of basic nursing,services capacity and satisfaction degree of nursing were analyzed after and before performed by zero defect theory.Results The quality of basic nursing,services capacity and satisfaction degree of nursing after performing zero defect theory were higher than before,and there were statistically significant differences(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion Zero defect theory can be effectively improved nursing management in outpatient and emergency,and there is of great significance.
