摘　　要：目的:探讨高血压病中医证型分布规律。方法:156例高血压患者,采用问卷调查和中医辨证论证的方法。结果:辨证分型从高向低依次为肝火亢盛型>痰湿壅盛型>阴虚阳亢型>阴阳两虚型,4型证型的体重、病程、性别、年龄差异有非常显著性意义,身高差异无显著性意义。结论:探讨高血压病中医证型分布规律对中西医结合研究工作具有重要意义。Objective： To investigate the TCM distribution of hypertension. Methods： Take questionnaires and TCM argumentation methods to investigate 156 cases of patients with hypertension. Results： The syndrome type were divided into the Ganhuo hyperactivity type〉phlegm dampness type〉Yinxu Yangkang type〉Yinyang deficiency type from high to low, the weight, duration of disease, gender and age of 4 types had a significantly difference, but the height difference has significant meaning. Conclusion： It has important meanings to investigate the TCM distribution of hypertension in the integrative research.
