摘　　要：目的:探讨经骶裂孔硬膜外前间隙置管法注射胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。方法:选择1998～2011年收治我院800例腰椎间盘突出症患者,运用经骶裂孔硬膜外前间隙置管法注射胶原酶治疗。结果:800例患者,优:410例,良:290例,可:32例,总有效率:91.5%。结论:经骶裂孔硬膜外前间隙置管法注射胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好疗效。Objective： To investigate injection of collagenase through the sacral hiatus epidural space for treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 800 cases of lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from 1998 to 2011, were treated by the collagenase injection therapy. Results： 800 patients, excellent： 410 cases; good： 290 cases; OK： 32 cases, the total efficiency was 91.5%. Conclusion： The sacral hiatus epidural space collagenase injection for lumbar disc herniation has a good effect.
