温阳止痛散合奥施康定治疗中、重度癌性疼痛35例

摘　　要：目的:观察温阳止痛散联合奥施康定治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选取本院内科门诊和住院的中、重度癌性疼痛患者70例,随机分为治疗组35例、对照组35例,治疗组在奥施康定治疗基础上联合温阳止痛散外敷,对照组给予奥施康定治疗,两组均7d为1个疗程,连用3个疗程。结果:温阳止痛散联合奥施康定可提高完全缓解率并减少奥施康定的不良反应。结论:温阳止痛散联合奥施康定疗效安全有效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the Wenyang Zhitong powder plus the OxyContin on treating cancer pain. Methods： 70 cases of moderate and severe cancer pain were randomly and equally divided into the treated group and the control group. The treated group was given the Wenyang Zhitong powder plus the OxyContin. The control group was treated with the OxyContin. 7 days for a course and a total of 3 courses in both groups. Results： The combination could improve the complete remission rate and reduce the adverse reaction of the OxyContin. Conclusion： The Wenyang Zhitong powder plus the OxyContin has a significant and safe effect.
