自拟“胃肠宁”为主治疗胃脘痛20例

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟"胃肠宁"治疗胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法:将40例胃脘痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用自拟"胃肠宁"治疗,对照组予以口服胃必治。结果:治疗组总有效率95.00%,复发率6.25%,明显优于对照组的75.00%和40.00%(P<0.05)。结论:自拟"胃肠宁"不仅能有效治愈胃脘痛,且能提高机体免疫力,促进胃肠消化吸收功能,减免胃脘痛的复发,临床值得推广应用。Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of the self-made ＂Weichangning＂ on treating epigastralgia. Methods： 40 cases were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group. The treated group was given Weichangning, while the control group was treated with oral Weibizhi. Results： The total efficiency and the recurrence rate of the treated group was 95.00% and 6.25%, significantly better than 75.00% and 40.00% of the control group. Conclusion： The self-made Weichangning can cure the patients with epigastralgia and improve immunity, promote gastrointestinal digestion and absorption functions, relief the recurrence of epigastralgia, is worthy of clinical application.
