摘  要:目的:探讨急诊发热输液病人体温测量的最佳时间与方法。方法:将发热输液病人分为对照组和观察组,各300人。实施降温措施后30min由护士测量体温为对照组。输液时、巡视时和接液体时告知病人和家属第二或第三瓶液体余1/3时通知护士测量体温为观察组。结果:观察组病人体温测量次数明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。两组病人降温效果和所需的降温时间比较无差异(P>0.05)。观察组病人和护士的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:输液时、巡视时和接液体时告知病人体温测量的最佳时间和方法,让护士、病人和家属有计划地选择在药物作用最佳效果时测量体温,降温效果显著,明显提高护患双方的满意度,特别适合发热输液高峰时期,值得临床推广。Object: To investigate the best time and method of temperature measurement of emergency transfusion patient with fever. Methods: The transfusion patients with fever wore divided into observation group and control group, 300 for each group. In the control group, the temperature was measured by the nurse after the implementation of measures to cool down for 30 minutes. In the observation group, when patrol and the liquid infusion, the patients and family were told that when the second or the third bottle is filled with a third, the nurse would take a temperature measure. Results: The times of temperature measurement for the patient in the observation group is significantly less than the control group (P〈0,01). The cooling effect and the required cooling time was no difference (P〉0.05). The satisfaction of patients and nurses in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The best time and method of temperature measurement were told to patients when infusion, patrol and liquid collection could significantly improve the cooling effect, the satisfaction of both nurses and patients were improved, especially suitable for heating infusion during the peak period, worthy of a clinical promotion.
