摘  要:本试验利用不同剂量的60Co-γ射线辐照黄连药材,考察其有效成分盐酸小檗碱溶出率的变化情况,并采用液相色谱(HPLC)法,通过比对辐照前后黄连药材的指纹图谱,判断辐照对黄连药材化学成分的影响。结果显示:采取设计能力3.7×1015Bq,低于40kGy剂量的60Co-γ射线辐照黄连药材,其有效成分以盐酸小檗碱计,无显著变化(P>0.05),指纹图谱前后比对相似度在0.90以上,化学成分稳定,无辐照衍生物生成。因此,可将60Co-γ射线辐照作为黄连药材灭菌的一种方式。Different doses of ^60Co-gamma-ray were used to irradiate berberine herbs to examine the dissolution rate of hydrochloride berberine as active ingredient. HPLC also was used to determine the impact of irradiation on the chemical composition of berberine herbs by comparing the fingerprint chromatogram of berberine before and after irradiation. The results showed that design capacity of 3.7 × 10^15SBq was taken and below of 40 kGy dose of ^60Co-gamma-ray irradiation,there was no significant change in berberine herbs in terms of berberine hydrochloride ( P 〉0.05 ). Fingerprint similarity was above 0.90. Chemical composition was stable, and no irradiation derivative was generated. Accordingly, ^60Co-gamma-ray irradiation could be as a way to sterilize berberine herbs.
