摘　　要：本课题应用高糖高脂饲料及注射链脲佐菌素诱发糖尿病(Diabetic Mellitus,DM)大鼠模型,通过肝舒乐片对糖尿病大鼠的实验研究,观察肝舒乐片对实验大鼠血糖和TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α的影响,并与成药脂必妥片作对照,探讨肝舒乐片治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症可能的作用机理,为其运用于临床治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症及研制开发新的治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症的有效方药提供部分实验依据。The subject adopted high sugar and high fat diet and injection of urea streptozotocin to establish rat model with DM. Through experimental study, the effect of Ganshule tablets on blood glucose, TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF 1 a was observed in rats compared with the group with Zhibituo tablets. The mechanism of the ganshule tablets on treating diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia was investigated, it can provided experimental evidence to treat in the clinical and explore new treatment of diabetes with hyperlipidemia.
