摘  要:目的:研究红花注射液保存人胎羊膜对大鼠皮肤切创愈合中TGF-β表达的影响。方法:建立大鼠皮肤切创模型,应用免疫组织化学技术,通过计算机图像分析系统检测红花注射液保存人胎羊膜对大鼠皮肤组织中TGF-β表达的影响。结果:切创后2d、3d,红花+羊膜组的TGF-β积分光密度明显低于对照组、羊膜组、红花组(P<0.05);切创后5d、7d,四组的TGF-β表达无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:结果表明经红花注射液保存后的人胎羊膜在大鼠皮肤切创愈合的早期阶段(2d~3d),可减少创缘周围TGF-β的表达;促进创口的愈合、减少瘢痕形成。Objective:To investigate the effect of TGF-β expression on amniotic membrane saved by safflower during wound healing of rats. Methods:Establishing rats model of skin incised wound and using the immunohistochemical techniques, the effect of TGF-β expression on amniotic membrane saved by safflower during wound healing was detected by computer image analysis system. Results:After 2d and 3d, the expression of TGF-β integral optical in amniotic membrane saved by Safflower was significantly lower than the control group, amniotic group and the safflower group (P〈0.05); There was no significant difference among the four groups after 5d and 7d (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The results show that human fetal amniotic saved by safflower injection can reduce the TGF-β expression in the early stages of skin wound healing in rats (2d~3d), but also could promote wound healing and reduce scar formation.
