加味枳实薤白桂枝汤配合西药治疗不稳定性心绞痛45例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味枳实薤白桂枝汤配合西药治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗效。方法:枳实薤白桂枝汤加味配合西药治疗本病45例,并设对照组45例对比。结果:15d后治疗组心绞痛症状改善,治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组77.7%,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);心电图改善率治疗组84.4%,对照组68.8%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),血液流变学变化优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:该方法治疗不稳定性心绞痛患者的临床症状及心电图ST-T异常,降低血液粘度疗效显著,毒副反应小,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the modified Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction plus modem medicine in treating unstable angina （UA）. Methods： 45 patients were treated with the modified Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction plus modem medicine, compared with the 45 cases of the control group. Results： After 15 days, angina pectoris symptoms of the treated group was improved, the total efficiency of the treated was 93.3%, and 77.7% of the control group, the two groups have significant difference （P〈0.05）; ECG improvement rate of the treated group was 84.4%, and 68.8% of the control group, two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）, the hemorheology of the treated group superior was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： This method could improve the clinical symptoms of patients with UA and ECG ST-T abnormalities reduce blood viscosity, effect was significant toxicity, worthy of clinical application.
