摘　　要：目的:探讨中药内外治疗黄褐斑的疗效。方法:选择我院门诊皮肤美容科在2011年3月～2012年1月治疗的黄褐斑患者60例,对照组用维生素EC复合剂治疗,观察组加用中药内外治疗。结果:两组患者疗效差异显著。结论:中药内外治疗黄褐斑有显著的临床疗效。Objective： To investigate the effects of TCM medicine in treating chloasma. Methods： To choose 60 cases treated in cosmetic dermatology clinic in our hospital from March 2011 to January 2012 in treatment of melasma patients. Control group used vitamin EC compound, and observation group used TCM medicine inside and outside. Results： There were significant differences in two groups. Conclusion： The internal and external treatment of TCM medicine in chloasma meridians had good effects.
