蝮龙抗栓丸治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察蝮龙抗栓丸治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将52例住院患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组26例常规西药治疗(控制血压、抗凝、降纤、扩冠等);治疗组26例蝮龙抗栓丸,3次/d,5g/次,饭后半小时用温开水送服,不能吞咽者用温开水化开服用,西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗6疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈1例,显效5例,有效18例,无效2例,总有效率92.30%。对照组痊愈0例,显效4例,有效14例,无效8例,总有效率69.23%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]蝮龙抗栓丸治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风疗效满意。[Objective]The Fu Long Kang Shuan Wan treatment of ischemic stroke and syndrome of blood stasis due to Qi efficacy.[Method]In randomized controlled method,52 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups.Conventional western medicine treatment of 26 cases of the control group,according to the disease discretion given to the control of blood pressure,anticoagulant,defibrase,expanding coronary artery,Etc.Treatment group,26 cases of the Fu Long Kang Shuan Wan,3 times / d,5 g / times,half an hour after a meal delivery service with warm water,can not be swallowed with warm water of open taking.Western medicine with the control group,continuous treatment 30d for a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment course,to determine efficacy.[Results] Treatment group 1 cases were cured,5 cases markedly effective,effective in 18 cases,2 ineffective,the total effective rate of 92.30%.Control group healed 0 cases,4 cases were markedly effective,effective in 14 cases,8 ineffective total effective rate of 69.23%.Treatment group than the control group（P 0.05）.[Conclusion]The the Fu Long Kang Shuan Wan treatment of ischemic stroke efficacy of and syndrome of blood stasis due to qi satisfied.
