止咳化痰汤治疗慢性支气管随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察止咳化痰汤治疗慢性支气管炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组,做好护理与保暖,禁止食用辛辣、寒凉等刺激性食物。对照组50例氨茶碱、克伦特罗。治疗组50例止咳化痰汤(桑叶9g,百部12g,紫苑15g,桔梗45g,甘草45g,当归10g,陈皮12g,茯苓15g,半夏12g,莱菔子15g,前胡9g,杏仁9g,炙麻黄3g,地龙15g),随证加减,加水煎熬取400mL,分为2次温服,1剂/d,西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效40例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。对照组显效17例,有效22例,无效11例,总有效率78.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]止咳化痰汤治疗慢性支气管炎能够有效缓解支气管痉挛,且不良反应少,效果显著。[Objective]Observed cough and phlegm soup treatment of chronic bronchitis.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,100 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups,nursing and warm,prohibit the use of spicy,cold and other excitant food.50 cases of the control group.Aminophylline,clenbuterol.The treatment group of 50 cases of cough and Phlegm Decoction（Sangye 9g,Baibu 12g,Ziyuan 15g,Jugeng 45g,Gancao 45g,Danggui 10g,Chenpi 12g,Fuling 15g,Banxia 12g,Laifuzi 15g,Qianhu 9g,Xingren 9g,Zhimahuang 3g,Dilong15g）,with the card to add and subtract,add water to suffer from 400mL,divided 2 clothes,1 dose / d,western medicine treatment with the control group,continuous treatment for 2 weeks as 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction.Continuous 3 courses of treatment,the curative effect.40 cases of group therapy.[Results]Effective 8 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 96%.The control group 17 cases markedly effective,effective 22 cases,invalid 11 cases,the total efficiency of 78%.The efficacy of the treatment group than in control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Cough and phlegm soup chronic bronchitis can relieve bronchospasm,and adverse reactions,the effect is significant.
