针刺联合西药治疗椎基底动脉供血不足眩晕随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察针刺联合西药治疗椎基底动脉供血不足眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将72例(门诊)患者按抽签方法随机分为两组,对照组29例西药常规治疗(急性期长春西汀20mL静滴;缓解期西比灵10mg口服)31d为1疗程。治疗组43例针刺治疗,取双侧C1-C6夹脊穴、晕听区、百会、风池、太阳、合谷,西药治疗同对照组;注意日常生活起居调养;7d为1疗程,间隔1d,进行下1疗程。观测临床症状、体征。连续治疗31d,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈26例,好转14例,无效3例,总有效率93.02%。对照组痊愈13例,好转8例,无效8例,总有效率72.41%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针刺联合西药治疗眩晕具有较好的临床实用价值。[Objective]To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with western treating Vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo with needling.[Methods]Using random sampling method to flip a coin,72 cases of Vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo patients in outpatient were divided into the control group 29 examples,（in drug treatment using Vinpocetine 20ml,ivdrip,qd in acute phaseand and Flunarizine 10mg,po） 30d1courses,the treatment group 43 example with needling double sides of C1-C6 Jiaji,Yunting region,Baihui,Fengchi,Taiyang,Hegu acupuncture comprehensive treatment western medicine with the control group.Pay attention to daily living nursed back to health,continuous treatment for one week for a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and signs,continuous treatment four courses to determine the efficacy.[Results]The treatment group recovery 26 cases,14 cases improved,3cases healed,the total efficiency of 93.02%,control group recovery 13 cases,8cases improved,8cases healed,the total efficiency of 72.41%.Treatment group than the control group（P 0.05）.[Conclusion]Acupuncture combined with Western medicine in the treatment of vertigo has better clinical value.
