复方乌黄水凝胶对实验性类风湿性关节炎抗炎作用的比较研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方乌黄凝胶对造模小鼠类风湿关节炎的抗炎作用。方法比较阴性对照组,大、中、小剂量复方乌黄凝胶组,扶他林乳剂组对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀程度的差异;比较不同组别对角叉菜致小鼠足致炎肿胀后0.5h、1h、1.5h、2h、4h、6h踝关节周长差值。结果大、中、小剂量复方乌黄水凝胶组的小鼠耳廓肿胀度均小于阴性对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大剂量复方乌黄水凝胶组与扶他林组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在测定小鼠踝关节肿胀周长差值的实验中,踝关节周长在2h、4h后的小剂量复方乌黄水凝胶组,中剂量复方乌黄水凝胶组在1h后,大剂量复方乌黄水凝胶组在0.5h后均小于阴性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大剂量复方乌黄水凝胶组在0.5、2h的踝关节周长均小于扶他林组(P<0.01),其他时间段与扶他林组比较无统计学意义。结论复方乌黄水凝胶对类风湿关节炎有良好的抗炎作用,且大剂量的复方乌黄水凝胶抗炎作用与扶他林相当,甚至优于扶他林。Objectve To observed the anti - inflammatory effect of compound wuhuang hydrogel to the rheumatoid arthritis mice. Methods To compare the degree of auricle swelling induced by xylene which in negative control group, large dose, middle dose and small dose of compound wuhuang hydrogel groups and voltaren ceram groups. Compared the perimeter differece of ankle joint after inflamm O. 5h, l h, 2h, gh,6h of mice feet inflammatory reaction induced by carrageen in different group. The auricle swelling of Large, medium and sroall - doses of compound wuhuang hydrogel groups are less than the negative control group, the difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. But there was no significant difference between the large dose compound wuhuang hydrogel group and the compound wuhuang hydrogel group. The AL values which the small dose group after 2hour and 4hour,the moderate doses group after lhour,large doses group after 0.5h are all less than the negative control group. TheAL values of the large doses compound wuhuang hydrogel group is less than the voltaren group after 0.5 and 2 hour but not at other time periods, and there are significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion compound wuhuang hydrogel has a good an- ti - inflammatory effects. Large doses of compound wuhuang hydrogel has the same effect as voharen, even better than voltaren.
