水动力计算在大型加压煤气化炉汽水系统的应用

摘  要:水动力计算是通过计算管路中各受热面管屏内的介质流速并校核其安全性,以防止受热蒸发面出口出现热偏差。以某大型煤气化装置为例,对加压煤气化炉的汽水系统进行了结构分析;建立了适用于气化炉汽水系统的水动力计算模型;计算了气化炉汽水系统(水、蒸汽和汽水混合物)的水动力特性,校核了水动力安全性,确定了节流圈开孔的大小,以确保系统内介质流动稳定,气化炉运行安全。The purpose of water dynamics calculation was to calculate the medium flow rate of heating surface tube screen and to check its safety in order to prevent the heating evaporation surface from heat deviation occurring at outlet.Taking some large-sized coal gasification plant as an example,author has made a structural analysis for steam-water system of pressurized coal gasifier;has established the water dynamics calculation model suitable for steam-water system of gasifier;has calculated the water dynamics characteristic for steam-water system(mixture of water,steam and steam-water) of gasifier;has checked the water dynamics safety;has determined the size of opening of throttle ring to ensure the stability for medium flow in system and the operating safety of gasifier.
