摘　　要：先天性心脏病是人类最常见的出生缺陷疾病,虽然至今其具体的发病机制仍不完全清楚,但是遗传因素已被证实与其发病有关。本文着重就GATA4基因对心脏的正常发育、对先天性心脏病的影响及近年来GATA4基因的研究进展进行阐述。Congenital heart disease is the most common disease of human birth defect.Although the specific pathogenesis is not fully understood so far,the fact that genetic factor associated with its nosogenesis has already been comfirmed.This paper mainly focus on the influence of GATA4 gene on the normal heart development and Congenital heart disease,exploring the researchs about GATA4 gene in the recent years.
