摘　　要：目的探讨复发性流产(RSA)患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群在淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗前后的变化。方法采用流式细胞仪检测并比较60例RSA患者和30例健康已生育妇女及30例经淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗后的RSA患者外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+亚群含量以及CD4+/CD8+比率。结果 (1)与对照组相比,RSA患者外周血CD4+细胞百分率及CD4+/CD8+比率升高(P<0.01),两组CD3+,CD8+细胞百分率无显著差异。(2)淋巴细胞主动免疫组治疗后CD4+细胞百分率及CD4+/CD8+比率明显下降(P<0.01),CD3+,CD8+细胞百分率无显著改变。结论复发性流产患者T淋巴细胞免疫功能发生了紊乱,淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗后,外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,有利于再次妊娠的进展。Objective：To investigate the changes of T lymphocytes sub-types in recurrent spontaneous abortion women before and after lymphocytes initiative immunotherapy.Methods：T lymphocytes sub-types in peripheral blood were detected by f1ow Cytometry and compared in 60 cases of RSA and 30 cases of normal fertilized women as well as 30 cases of RSA after lymphocytes initiative immunotherapy.Results：（1）Compared with control group,CD4＋ cells and CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio increased significantly in RSA women,there were no significant changes in CD3＋ cells and CD8＋ cells.（2）CD4＋ cells and CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio decreased significantly after lymphocytes initiative immunotherapy,there were still no significant changes in CD3＋ cells and CD8＋ cells.Conclusions：Cellular immune function of T lymphocytes has been disorder in recurrent spontaneous abortion women.Changes of T lymphocytes sub-types would happened after lymphocytes initiative immunotherapy,which will be in favor of next conception.
