摘 要:目的检测取卵日血清和卵泡液中粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)水平,探讨G-CSF和体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)妊娠结局的关系。方法选取长方案促排卵进行常规IVF助孕的女性患者69人,用ELISA测定其取卵日血清和卵泡液中G-CSF含量,分析G-CSF含量与获卵数、受精率、优质胚胎率、种植率、临床妊娠率及早期流产率的关系。结果 69个IVF-ET周期(69个病人)中,临床妊娠28例,临床妊娠率40.58%。1.卵泡液中G-CSF含量显著高于血清(P<0.05),血清中G-CSF含量与其在卵泡液中的含量呈正相关(r=0.443,P<0.05)。2.妇女年龄≤35岁组的血清和卵泡液中G-CSF含量显著高于年龄>35岁组(P<0.05)。3.血清和卵泡液中G-CSF含量与患者IVF获卵数呈正相关(P<0.05),但其与受精率、优质胚胎率及种植率无相关关系。4.妊娠组卵泡液中G-CSF含量显著高于未妊娠组(P<0.05),血清中的G-CSF含量在妊娠组和未妊娠组之间没有显著性差异。5.早期流产组血清和卵泡液中的G-CSF含量均低于未流产组(P<0.05)。结论卵泡液中G-CSF含量在一定程度上反映了卵巢功能和卵母细胞质量,卵泡液中G-CSF含量可能是预测IVF结局的有效指标之一。Objective:To determine the levels of granulocyte colony stimulating factor in serum and follicular fluid,in addition,to assess the association of G-CSF with the outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).[Methods]The serum and follicular fluid were obtained on oocyte retrieval day from 69 patients undergoing IVF-ET therapy.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to determine the levels of G-CSF.To investigate the relationship between the G-CSF level and the IVF parameters.Results:69 samples of follicular fluid were collected from 69 IVF-ET cycles(69 patients).28 women were clinical pregnant and the pregnancy rate was 40.58%.1.The G-CSF levels were significantly higher in follicular fluid than in the serum(P0.05),The G-CSF levels in the serum were positively correlated with the levels in follicular fluid(r=0.443,P0.05).2.The G-CSF levels were significantly higher in the women ≤35-years-old group than the 35-years-old group(P0.05).3.The G-CSF levels in serum and follicular fluid were positively correlated with the number of oocytes retrieved during IVF(P0.05),but there were no significant correlations between the G-CSF levels and the fertilization rates,high-quality embryo rates and implantation rates.4.The G-CSF levels in follicular fluid were significantly higher in the pregnancy group than the non-pregnant group(P0.05),but the G-CSF levels in serum had no significant difference between the two groups.5.The G-CSF levels both in serum and follicular fluid were lower in the early abortion group than in the group with no-abortion(P0.05).[Conclusion]The G-CSF level in follicular fluid reflect ovarian function and oocyte quality to a certain extent,The G-CSF levels in follicular fluid may be one of the effective index for predicting IVF outcome.
