摘　　要：目的研究瑞安市3～6岁儿童发育状况分析。方法回顾性分析瑞安市2002年和2011年瑞安市3～6岁儿童体格发育和营养情况,并进行统计分析。结果调查发现瑞安市2011年3～6岁儿童的体格发育较2002年同龄儿童明显升高(P<0.05),且大于2005年中国0～7岁9省/市城市儿童体格发育标准(P<0.05);体重低下发生率下降(P<0.05),体重达均值、肥胖、身高达均值的发生率均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论瑞安市3～6岁儿童体格发育状况良好,已超过了2007年中国0～7岁9省/市儿童体格发育标准,但肥胖率升高,体重低下率下降,需进一步加强合理饮食,关爱儿童健康成长。Objective：To study 3 to 6-year-old children＇ physical development trend in Ruian.Method：Retrospective analysis and statistical analysis of 3 to 6-year-old children′s physical development and nutrition from 2011 to 2002 in Ruian.Results：The investigation found that compared to 2002,the statistic in 2011 was significantly higher（P 0.05） and even it was higher than the standards of 0 to 7-year-old provincial / municipal urban children′s physical development in 2005（P 0.05）;the rate under weight decreased（P 0.05）,the rate of mean weight,obesity,and mean height all decreased significantly（P 0.05）.Conclusion：In Ruian City,3-to 6-year-old children′s physical development is in good condition,and is better than the standards of 0 to 7-year-old children in 9 provinces / municipalities physical development in 2007,but the obesity rate has increased,and the rate under weight has decreased.Therefore,reasonable diet needs to be further strengthened for children′s health.
