摘 要:目的探讨云南彝族人群与艾滋病感染相关的SDF1-3’A、CCR2-64I、CX3CR1基因多态性分布。方法通过MassARRAY检测技术分析了96例云南彝族人群SDF1-3’A、CCR2-64I、CX3CR1单核苷酸多态性,通过与国内外研究结果比较,探讨其特点。结果在SDF1-3’A位点上明显高于美国黑人和高加索人;在CCR2-64I位点上明显高于汉族、黎族、仫佬族、美国黑人和高加索人;在CX3CR1-V249I和CX3CR1-T280M位点,均明显低于高加索人。结论云南彝族人群对HIV-1感染具有较强的抵抗力,AIDS的发病进程较缓慢。Objective: To study the gene-polymorphism of HIV-1 resistant SDF1-3’ A,CCR2-64I,CX3CR1 alleles in Yunnan Yi populations.Methods: The polymorphisms of SDF1-3’ A,CCR2-64I and CX3CR1 alleles were analyzed through MassARRAY and compared with other studies.Result: It was higher than Caucasian and American black in SDF1-3’ A;It was higher than Han,Li,Mulao,Caucasian and American black in CCR2-64I;It was lower than Caucasian in CX3CR1.Conclusion: The Yi population of Yunnan had stronger protection against infection of HIV-1 and was not easy to develop into AIDS.
