摘 要:目的通过对240名我院生殖科门诊25-35岁少弱精男性患者主动、被动吸烟血镉(Cd)浓度检测结果的研究,分析环境烟草烟雾与其血Cd含量对精子质量的影响。方法将240名被检者分5组,A组为主动吸烟组;B组无吸烟、被动吸烟史;C组烟量<3支/d、D组>20支/d;E组是不吸烟者每天在烟雾环境停留15min以上。采用钨舟原子吸收法检测其全血血Cd浓度。标本采集遵循卫生部《血铅临床检验技术规范》,对吸烟组烟龄、吸烟量、无烟草污染与其血Cd浓度的相关性进行统计学分析。结果吸烟组A与未吸烟组B血镉浓度t检验分析:t=2.19 P<0.05 A、B两组有统计学差异,说明吸烟者血镉浓度明显高于B组无吸烟、被动吸烟者。C、D两组t=6.5017 P<0.001两组在统计学上有极显著差异,说明日吸烟量愈大,血镉浓度越高。A、E组t=1.1691 P>0.05有显著差异,说明主动吸烟与被动吸烟血镉的浓度在统计学上没有显著差异,主动吸烟、被动吸烟血Cd浓度均会升高。结论血镉(Cd)浓度升高与主动吸烟、被动吸烟、吸烟量均有关,主动吸烟与被动吸烟均可使血镉浓度升高。所以烟草烟雾污染是导致男性血镉升高的重要因素之一。Objective: To 240 from fertility clinics 25-35 years old men with weak sperm less active,passive smoking blood cadmium(Cd) concentration test results of research,analysis of environmental tobacco smoke and its blood Cd content on the influence on the quality of sperm.Methods: 240 be examiner points,7 group,A group for 6 months to 7 years the pack-years smoked group B no smoking,passive smoking history,group C cigarette 3 A / d,d group and A / d and E group is not every day in smokers smoke environment for more than 15 min.The tungsten boat atomic absorption method to detect the whole blood blood concentration of Cd.The ministry of health specimen collection follow the blood lead clinical inspection technology standard,to smoking group pack-years smoked,smoking,no tobacco pollution and Cd concentration of blood between the statistics analysis.Results: Smoking group A and group B not smoking blood cadmium concentration t test analysis: t = 2.19 P 0.05 A,B two groups was statistically difference that smokers blood cadmium concentration significantly higher than group B no smoking,passive smokers.C,D two groups of t = 6.5017 P 0.001 two groups were statistically significant differences,description,smoking,the greater the blood cadmium concentration is higher.A,E group t = 1.1691 P 0.05 significant differences that active smoking and passive smoking blood cadmium concentration was not statistically significant when smoking,active,passive smoking blood Cd concentration increases.Conclusion: Blood cadmium(Cd) concentration rise and active smoking,passive smoking and smoking are related,active smoking and passive smoking all can make blood cadmium concentration increased.So tobacco smoke pollution is lead to increased male blood cadmium is one of the important factors.
