刮痧干预颈部功能障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:通过刮痧治疗对颈部功能障碍的干预,评价即刻和随访的效果并探讨相关机制。方法:以反映颈部功能障碍水平的颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和颈部关节活动度(ROM)为评价指标,对15例颈部功能障碍患者进行1次刮痧治疗,在治疗前、治疗后即刻和干预后第3、6天随访评定。结果:刮痧治疗后即刻与治疗前比较,VAS评分有显著性的降低(P<0.01);干预后第3天与治疗前比较,VAS评分仍有明显的降低(P<0.01),NDI评分较治疗前相比有明显降低(P<0.01),且ROM在矢状面和水平面上亦有明显改善(P<0.05);干预后第6天与治疗前比较,VAS评分明显的降低(P<0.01),NDI评分、矢状面的ROM和水平面的ROM明显的改善(P<0.05)。结论:刮痧治疗可显著改善颈部功能障碍和疼痛程度,使之趋向正常,改善患者的失能状况且疗效稳定。Objective：To investigate the effect of scraping therapy on neck functional disability right after the intervention and several days after the intervention in order to research on the mechanism of neck functional dis- ability. Methods：Give the scraping therapy to subjects suffering from neck functional disability and evaluate the neck function through the Visual Analogue Scale/Score （VAS）, the Neck Disability Index （NDI） and Range Of Motion （ROM） before the intervention, right after the intervention, three days after the intervention and six days after the intervention. Results： Compared with the VAS of subjects before the intervention, there was a very significant decrease in VAS right after the intervention （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; Compared with the three indexes of subjects before the intervention, there was a significant improvement in the three indexes including VAS （ P 〈 0.01 ）, NDI （ P 〈 0.01 ）, ROM in sagittal plane ROM （ P 〈 0.05 ） and in horizontal plane ROM （ P 〈 0.05 ）, respective- ly; the subjects still kept improved state for six days after the intervention including VAS （P 〈 0.01 ）, NDI （P 〈 0.05 ）, ROM in sagittal plane ROM （ P 〈 0.05 ） and in horizontal plane ROM （ P 〈 0.05 ） respectively compared with the indexes before the intervention. Conclusion：The neck functional disability and neck pain can be signif- icantly modified by the scraping therapy, effect of which is stable and long as well
