摘　　要：目前针灸疗法治疗头痛非常普遍,疗效较好。为系统评价其疗效,严格的统计设计必不可少。本研究对近10年来国内外有关针灸治疗头痛临床研究的统计设计内容及存在问题进行述评,以期给相关学者的研究带来一定帮助,从而提高针灸疗效。Now treatment for headache with acupuncture is very commom. Its efficacy is relatively good. Rig- orous statistical design is essential for the systematic evaluation of its efficacy. This actical reviews the statistical design on the clinical research about treatment for headache with acupuncture and the problems in recent ten years at home and abroad. Wish to give related scholars some help to improve the curative effect of acupuncture.
