大底盘单塔偏置建筑的结构设计

摘　　要：广州猎德地块酒店为大底盘单塔偏置的框架-剪力墙结构。基于概念设计,设定了结构的抗震性能目标。结构的弹性地震反应分析表明,结构设计达到了设定的性能目标。详细分析了塔楼偏置给结构带来的不利影响:裙房分担了30%的塔楼水平力;楼偏置加剧了裙房的扭转效应;塔楼和裙房相互"牵扯"。针对以上不利影响提出了相应的加强措施,可为其他类似的塔楼偏置建筑的结构设计提供参考。Guangzhou Liede Hotel is a frame-corewall structure with an eccentric tower and a large podium.Seismic performance objectives of the structure were determined based on the conceptual design.Elastic analysis indicated the performance objectives were fulfilled.Bad impact brought by eccentricity of tower included that podium shared 30% of the total horizontal force,that eccentric tower enhanced the torsion effect of the podium and the tower and the podium interacted with each other.In view of the above situations,strengthening measures were put forward,which can provide reference for the similar projects.
