摘　　要：采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术优化色谱条件和样品前处理条件,测定功能性纺织品中1,2-二溴-3-氯丙烷、2,4-二氯苯酚、三氯生和N-水杨酰苯胺等7类有毒有害抗菌整理剂含量。结果表明,以丙酮+甲醇(1:1)为提取溶剂,超声提取30 min,旋蒸后用O.45μm有机微相孔滤膜过滤,在试验范围内,标准工作曲线溶液呈现良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999 5。该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,回收率较高,相对标准偏差小于10%。A testing method for determination of seven kinds of hazardous anti-bacterial agents such as 1,2-dibromo-3-chloropropane, 2,4-dichlorophenol, triclosan and salicylanilide is established. The condition of chromatography and pretreatment of the sample are optimized as follows： ultrasonic extracting for 30 min with a mixture of acetone and methanol （1 ： 1 ） as an extractor, and then filtering with organic phase membrane of 0.45 μm after distillation. The method is liner within the range of the study herein with the correlation coefficient above 0. 999 5, and features easy operation, high accuracy, good sensitivity and recover,/with RSD less than 10%.
