摘 要:针对哈大客运专线新开河特大桥跨度138m钢箱叠拱桥拱脚,设计加工了1∶2的拱脚模型以模拟实桥受力状态的静力加载试验,并建模进行有限元分析,得到拱脚结构应力流分布情况,了解拱脚结构的受力和传力途径。研究表明,拱脚应力流具有指向性,主应力基本上顺着拱肋方向向支座方向和系梁方向传递;上下拱肋对应拱脚处隔板应力分布比较均匀;最大应力发生在拱脚装饰板处。设计荷载作用下拱脚结构受力状态满足设计要求,并具有大于2.45的安全储备。Xinkaihe Bridge is a laminative structure of steel box of 138 m span on Hada Railway. In order to know the mechanical behavior of arch foot, the model of 1 : 2 is designed and fabricated to simulate the actual force of the bridge, and the static experiment is carried out. Finite element analysis is carried out to find the stress flow distribution state of the arch foot structure, and the force-passed route is known. It is found that the stress flow has direction character, which means the main stress follows the direction of arch rib and passes to the support and tie beam direction. The stress of the corresponding clapboard on the arch foot of the top and bottom arch rib is equable. The maximal stress is at the decorative board of the arch foot. The mechanical behavior under the design load can meet the requirement and the safety reserve is more than 2.45.
