型钢桁架K形节点的加固措施及试验研究

摘  要:大连某工程在结构设计中采用了宽翼缘H型钢桁架结构,其中K形节点较多,在设计过程中,采用杆系程序计算时,强度和刚度能满足设计规范要求。目前涉及宽翼缘K形节点的资料较少,有限元分析结果表明,部分节点腹板强度不能满足设计要求,需要进行加固补强。为了验证节点加固补强措施的有效性,对宽翼缘H型钢K形节点进行了试验研究。通过试验,得到K形节点的工作机理、承载力、刚度及退化进程、延性、耗能能力和破坏特性等,为K形节点加固补强提供了设计依据。A steel truss structure was used in structure design of a project in Dalian,in which there were many K- shaped joints. In the structure design,the strength and stiffness were calculated by bar programs, which could meet the requirements of the design specifications. There are rare data of the K-shaped joints stress analysis in the design specifications. After conducting stress checking by finite element software for the K-shaped joints, it was found that the web strength of part of the joints could not meet the requirements of the design specifications, so needing reinforcement. In order to verify the security of node design and reinforcement measures reliability, the wide-flange H-steel K-shaped joints were tested. Through the tests, it was found that the working mechanism of K-shaped joints, the bearing capacity, stiffness and degenerative processes, ductility, energy dissipation and failure characteristics etc. Which provided the design basis for reinforcing the K-shaped joints.
