摘　　要：转锈金刚JZ.CXFX-N是一种新型的专利技术产品,应用于钢铁油漆涂装前除锈工序,既可以替代传统的抛丸、喷砂除锈,又可以作为传统方法的补充,弥补传统方法的不足。对大型构件、薄壁钢、二次锈蚀等无法抛丸喷砂的情况,亦可用此方法解决。对钢结构维护工程,提供了简单便利、无可替代的方法。结合多年的应用经验,及钢结构涂装相关国家标准和规范,介绍转锈金刚JZ.CXFX-N的施工经验。Rust conversion Jingang JZ. CXFX-N is a product of subverting traditional patent technology products, which can be used in steel and iron rust removal process before coating them, which can replace the traditional shot blasting, sand blasting, complement traditional methods and make up the insufficiency of the traditional methods. It can also be used for the large structure, thin walI steel and secondary corrosion etc. Especially for maintenance of steei structure projects, it provides a simple, convenient and irreplaceable method. In this paper, combined with years of application experience, and steel structure painting related national standards and norms,it is summarized the experience in rust conversion Jingang JZ. CXFX-N construction.
