摘　　要：目的:观察抗复感合剂Ⅰ号对SD大鼠胃蛋白酶的影响。方法:将SD大鼠30只,随机分为3组,抗复感合剂Ⅰ号高剂量组、抗复感合剂Ⅰ号低剂量组和正常对照组,每组10只。结果:抗复感合剂Ⅰ号高、低剂量组对大鼠胃蛋白酶的影响与正常对照组比较无显著性差异。结论:抗复感合剂Ⅰ号对大鼠胃蛋白酶无明显的影响。Objective： To clarify the efficacy and safety of Kang-fu-gan-he-ji 1st by observation on the function of Pepsin in SD rats by Pharmacodynamics.Methods： 30 mouse were divided into 3 groups,with 10 rats in each group,such as Kang-fu-gan-he-ji 1st high dose group,Kang-fu-gan-he-ji 1st low dose group,and normal control group.Results： Compared with Kang-fu-gan-he-ji 1st high dose group and low dose group both can’t decline Pepsin in SD rats significantly.Conclusion： High dose and low dose Kang-fu-ganhe-ji 1st havn’t adverse effect on the fuction of Pepsin in SD rats.
