高效液相色谱法测定芪芍安胃胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立芪芍安胃胶囊中有效成分黄芪甲苷的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用lltechC 18柱,流动相为乙腈-2水(35∶65),蒸发光散射检测器。结果:黄芪甲苷在0.1972～2.465μg(R=0.9991)范围内进样量与峰面积成线性关系。平均回收率(n=6)为98.70%,RSD为0.4%。结论:本法测定操作简便,结果可靠、准确,可用于该产品的质量控制。Objective： To develop a method to determine the content of active constituent astragaloside A in Qi-shao gastralgia capsule.Methods： The column was lltechC18,acetonitrile： water（35： 65） as mobile phase,evaporative light scattering detector was used.Results： A good linear relationship with the logarithm of peak area was obtained in the logarithm of concentrate range of 0.1972μg ～ 2.465μg（R = 0.9991） and average recovery rate（n = 6） was 98.70%,RSD was 0.4%.Conclusion： The method is simple,results is reliable andaccurate.It can be used as the quality control method of Qishao gastralgia capsule.
