体针结合走罐治疗成年女性脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察体针结合走罐治疗成年女性脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法:60例病例随机分为治疗组(针罐结合组)与对照组(针刺组)进行治疗,每周连续治疗5 d(周一～周五),10 d为1个疗程,一共连续治疗3个疗程。结果:2组均有治疗效果,治疗组的治疗显效率(36.67%)相比对照组的治疗显效率(13.33%)高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,治疗组在体重下降值、腰围、等方面,结果具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:体针结合走罐的治疗方法,运用于成年女性脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖病中,效果良好,是治疗单纯性肥胖的一种行之有效的方法。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy on spleen deficiency and dampness of women’s simple obesity treated by acupuncture and cupping.Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into group of treatment,which were acupuncture and cupping therapy and group of control,which were solo acupuncture therapy.All the patients were taken 5 days treatment every week,10 days for one course of treatment.The total time of the therapy was 3 courses（30 days）.Results： After the treatment,the excellent rate of the treatment group（36.67%） has a significant difference（P 0.05） to the control group（13.33%）.And the weight loss value,and waist circumference has significant difference to the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion： The acupuncture and cupping treatment has good efficacy on the spleen deficiency and dampness of women’s simple obesity.The acupuncture and cupping treatment was one of the effective methods in simple obesity.
