壮医药线点灸对带状疱疹患者外周血T细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医药线点灸疗法对带状疱疹患者外周血的T细胞亚群的影响,以探讨壮医药线点灸防治带状疱疹疗效的作用机制。方法:将带状疱疹患者50例随机分为2组,观察组26例采用常规药物联合壮医药线点灸治疗,对照组24例采用常规药物治疗,2组均连续治疗10 d。另选门诊健康体检正常人22例外周血的CD3、CD4、CD8为正常参照,不做任何处理,设为正常组。观察2组患者治疗前后外周血CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8水平的变化。结果:治疗前2组患者CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8值均低于正常组的水平(P<0.01)、而CD8则高于正常组的水平(P<0.01);治疗后观察组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8值有明显回升,均接近正常组的水平(P>0.05),而对照组的未见明显回升,明显低于正常组的水平(P<0.01)。结论:壮医药线点灸疗法联合常规药物对带状疱疹患者免疫系统具有良好的调节作用。Objective： To observe the effect of the medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang Traditional medicine on T-cell subsets in the peripheral blood of patients with herpes zoster and to explore its mechanism of preventing and treating herpes zoster.Methods： 50 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into 2 groups,26 patients in the observation group received routine medication combined with medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang Traditional medicine and 24 patients in the control group received routine medication.Both groups were treated continuously for 10 days.With the peripheral blood CD3,CD4 and CD8 of 22 healthy physical exam persons in the out-patient clinic（normal group） without any treatment as a reference,the changes of the peripheral Blood CD3,CD4and CD8 of patients in the observation group and the control group after the treatment were observed.Results： Before the treatment,CD3,CD4and CD4/ CD8of patients in the observation group and the control group was lower obviously than those in the normal group（P 0.01）,but CD8 of patients in the observation group and the control group was higher obviously than that in the normal group（P 0.01）.After the treatment,CD3,CD4and CD4/ CD8of patients in the observation group increased obviously and close to the normal group（P 0.05）,but CD3,CD4 and CD4/ CD8of patients in the control group were lower obviously than those in the normal group（P 0.01） without significant increase.Conclusion： Medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang Traditional medicine has fine adjustment effects on the immunoregulation of Patients with herpes zoster.
