泄浊降脂片干预治疗高胰岛素血症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:证实泄浊降脂片对高胰岛素血症(Hyperinsulinemia)的治疗确实有效。方法:采用随机对照法,将60例痰瘀阻滞型高胰岛素血症患者随机分配到治疗组(泄浊降脂片组)和对照组(泰白组),疗程12 w,观察每组治疗前后空腹血糖(Fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hoursplasma glucose after a meal,2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Glycated hemoglobin,HbA1C)、空腹胰岛素浓度(Fasting insulin concentration,FINS)、餐后2 h胰岛素浓度(2 hours insulin concentration after a meal,2hINS)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、腰围(Waist circumference,WC)、体重指数(Body mass index,BMI)及中医症候积分的变化,从而评价泄浊降脂片的临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗前后比较,BMI、WC、TG、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、FINS、2hINS、IR及中医症候积分都有明显的下降,HDL-C有明显升高,具有统计学意义。痰瘀阻滞证的各项中医症状改善,总有效率高达90%。结论:泄浊降脂片能有效治疗高胰岛素血症,且在减轻体重、改善血脂及患者不适症状方面疗效显著。Objective： To confirm Xie-zhuo-jiang-zhi tablet in the treatment of hyperinsulinemia is really effective.Methods： 60 cases of phlegm and blood stasis type hyperinsulinemia patients were randomly assigned to treatment group（Xie-zhuo-jiang-zhi tablet group） and the control group（Tai-bai tablet group）,treatment of 12 weeks,observing each group before and after treatment fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,2 hours plasma glucose after a meal（2hPG）,glycated hemoglobin（HbA1C）,fasting insulin concentration（FINS）,2 hours insulin concentration after a meal（2hINS）,triglyceride（TG）,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDLC）,waist circumference（WC）,body mass index（BMI） and TCM symptoms integral change,thus evaluate the clinical curative effect of Xie-zhuo-jiang-zhi tablet.Results： Treatment group compared before and after treatment,BMI,WC,TG,FPG,2HPG,HbA1c,FINS,2 hINS,IR and TCM symptom integral were significantly decreased,HDL-C have obvious rise,with statistical significance.TCM symptoms integral of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were improved,with the total effective rate reaches as high as 90%.Conclusion： Xie-zhuo-jiang-zhi tablet in weight loss,improving blood lipids and symptoms in patients has obvious therapeutic effect,while in reducing blood glucose,improving insulin resistance has the quite effect of Tai-bai tablet.Xie-zhuo-jiang-zhi tablet can effectively treat hyperinsulinemia.
