浅谈“上下同法”在尺胫针疗法中的应用之理

摘　　要：尺胫针疗法在选取刺激部位时根据尺胫针的四分法原则,横膈线以上足六经任何一经病变时取同名经尺部的皮部,机理是根据上下同法原则。通过对"上下同法"在尺胫针疗法中应用之理进行探讨,认为标本上下、同气相求及同名经脉的交接为上下同法在尺胫针疗法在临床实践中的应用提供了理论依据。The ruler of acupuncture therapy in selected stimulation sites according to the rule of the four needle method principle, diaphragmatic line over six foot either by lesions from homonymous percutaneous ulnar part skin, mechanism is based on below law principles. This article through the specimen, like draws to like. And meridian handover three respects, right ＂ by law＂ in the ulnar tibial needle therapy applied science are discussed.
