改良型口咽通气导管对有机磷农药中毒洗胃的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察使用改良型口咽通气导管对有机磷农药中毒洗胃的效果。方法将100例有机磷农药中毒洗胃病人随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),对照组采用传统型口咽通气导管,观察组采用改良型口咽通气导管,比较2组胃管固定及洗胃所致的不良反应、洗胃时间。结果观察组胃管固定不良反应、洗胃不良反应低于对照组,洗胃时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论改良型口咽通气导管可以在洗胃过程中对胃管固定起作用,能降低洗胃的时间,保持病人呼吸道通畅,提高有机磷农药中毒病人的抢救成功率。Objective： To observe the use of improved oropharyngeal airway lavage catheter for organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods： 100 cases of the patients with the stomach disease of the organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into the control group（50 cases） and the observation group（50 cases）,with the control group using conventional oropharyngeal airway tube and the observation group having the improved oropharyngeal airway tube,adverse reactions to the gastric lavage gastric tube fixation,gastric lavag time and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results： The adverse reactions to gastric lavage gastric tube fixation and the adverse reaction to gastric lavais were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,and the gastric lavage was shorter than that of the control group,with significant difference（P 0.05 or P 0.01）.Conclusion： Improved oropharyngeal airway tube can have effect of the stomach tube fixation in the process of gastric lavage,reduce the time of gastric lavage,keep respiratory tract unobstructed,and improve the rescue success rate of the patients of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
