摘　　要：北京市老年人口具有以下特点,高龄化规模逐步扩大,高龄老年人口基本呈现女性多于男性的稳定的发展趋势,高龄化尚未到严重地步,但是高龄化对养老金缺口、经济市场结构、家庭负担都产生一定影响,因此需要增加社会财富弥补养老金缺口,规范服务市场机制,家庭养老与社区养老并行减轻家庭负担,来保障高龄人口能够健康、和谐的生活。The elderly population in Beijing has the following characteristics,the scale of aging expand gradually,the elderly population is basically stable trend that elderly women are more than elderly men,aging is not yet to the serious point,but the aging have a certain impact to the pension gap,economic and market structure,the burden of family.So,we must make up for the pension gap,and improve the services market mechanisms,family and community pension to reduce the family burden,to protect the elderly population to have a healthy,harmonious life.
