摘 要:【目的】探讨MR刀锋扫描技术消除眼眶运动伪影的临床价值。【方法】选取我院2011年1月至2012年8月行眼眶磁共振检查患者300例,随机分为常规MRI组和Blade技术组,常规组采用常规T1WI和T2WI扫描,Blade技术组在T2WI扫描基础上,如出现伪影,再行T2WIblade扫描。【结果】对两组患者扫描序列定性分析,结果表明blade技术组获得的信噪比和对比噪声比均显著高于常规MR组,图像质量明显提高,能够清晰显示病变部位。与常规组相比,blade扫描技术出现运动伪影显著低于常规组,P<0.05。两组患者分别进行常规技术及Blade技术扫描,图像表明Blade扫描技术可见消除常规扫描技术中的运动伪影。【结论】Blade技术可提高磁共振成像分辨率,有效减少运动伪影,提高图像质量。[Objective] To explore the clinical value of MRI blade scanning technology in eliminate the orbital motion artifacts. [ Methods] 300 patients performed orbit magnetic resonance imaging from January 2011 to August 2012 in our hospital were selected. And all these were divided into routine MRI group and Blade group randomly. Routine MRI group underwent TI-WI and T2-WI chi examination,while Blade group were suffered FSE T2WI blade when motion artifact happened. [Results]Compared two groups, the results indicated that blade technique could aooeared higher signal to noise ratio and contrast acoustical noise ratio than routine magnetic resonance technique. And blade technique could catch better picture quality and clear diseased region. Compared with routine group, blade technique group showed significantly less motion artifact, P 〈 0.05. Two groups of patients were performed normal MRI and blade technique MRI, the result indicated that blade technique showed higher picture quality and less motion artifact than normal MRI. [Conclusion]Blade technique could improve resolution of magnetic resonance imaging, decrease motion artifact, and improve picture quality effectinely.
