超声引导下肾囊肿硬化治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：【目的】探讨介入性彩色多普勒超声在肾囊肿硬化治疗中的价值。【方法】超声引导下,采用PTC针(20-20G)×200mm细针手动穿刺,对216例281个肾囊肿患者进行超声引导下95%乙醇硬化治疗。【结果】治愈率94.66%(266/281),缩小15例,复发8例,总有效率达97.15%(273/281);治疗效果与囊肿硬化是否彻底有关;本组病例中无严重并发症发生。【结论】超声引导下肾囊肿95%乙醇硬化治疗安全可靠,术后复发率低,并发症少,便于在临床推广应用。[ Objective ] To explore the value of sclerosing treatment on renal cysts by interventional color doppler. [ Methods] Using PTC（20-20G） x 200 mm needle to hand-puncture the 216 patients with renal cysts scleroses by alcohol sclerotherapy. [Results] Curing rate of 94.66%（266/281 ） could be obtained, with 15 cases reduced and 8 recrudesced, and the total valid rate was 97.15%（273/ 281）. The data showed that the curative effect was closely related to the degree of the renal cysts scleroses. Furthermore, there was not any serious side effects observed. [Conclusion]It is safe and credible to treat renal cysts scleroses induced by ultrasound, accompanied with the low recurrence rate and complication, which it to be suitable for clinical application.
