摘　　要：【目的】比较直型与Y型留置针在临床应用中的留置效果,探索临床护士选择安全留置针的客观依据。【方法】选取50例健康志愿者,志愿者两手分别埋置直型留置针(直型组)与Y型留置针(Y型组)6h做自体对照试验,观察比较两组舒适度、一次穿刺成功率、应用流式细胞术分析留置期间针内血栓形成率。【结果】与Y型留置针比较,直型留置针舒适度较高,一次穿刺成功率高、针内血栓发生率低(P<0.01)。【结论】直型留置针较Y型留置针留置效果好,应用于凝血功能异常的患者中会更加安全,减少潜在风险。[Objective]To investigate the remaining effect of direct-type and Y-type peripheral venous indwelling needle for providing an objective basis for clinical application. [ Methods ] 50 healthy volunteers were inserted direct-type indwelling needle and Y-type indwelling needle for 6h. Comparisons were made between the two groups in term of the comfortable of the patients, puncture success rate and thrombus rate. [Result] Compared with Y-type indwelling needle group, direct-type indwelling needle group had higher comfortable, higher puncture success rate and lower thrombus rate （P 〈 0.01）. [Conclusion] The direct-type indwelling needle is a safe, reliable, suitable medical article with obvious clinical effect for applying to the patients with coagulation abnormalities.
