摘　　要：为促进水泥行业健康有序发展,通过对水泥行业发展现状进行总结,归纳了该行业存在的主要问题,提出了推进规划环评、加大监管力度、加快淘汰落后、全面推动烟气脱硝、鼓励水泥窑协同处置和加强矿山生态恢复等方面的建议。In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of the cement industry,this essay sums up the current development situation and the main problems existed in cement industry,and proposes suggestions of promoting the planning environmental impact assessment、strengthening supervision、speeding up the elimination of backward、promoting the flue gas denitration、encouraging co-processing in cement kiln and strengthening the mine ecological restoration.
