摘　　要：采用双电解池,研究了冷轧搪瓷钢板抗鳞爆性能试验方法,测量了DC01、DC05冷轧钢板的TH值。结果表明,试验钢的鳞爆性能测量结果与实际涂搪瓷结果完全一致,说明本文的试验方法可快速评定冷轧搪瓷钢板的抗鳞爆性能。A new method is adopted to study the resistance of the cold rolled stell sheet to fishing scaling by means of a double electrolysis cell.With this method,the TH value of DC01and DC05cold rolled stell sheet were measured.The results of the experiments coincided with the results of the real enamelling procedures,which indicated that this method can be used in judging the resistance of the cold rolled stell sheet to fishing scaling rapidly.
