摘　　要：介绍了型钢轧辊非常规配置和孔型车削模式的方法及使用情况与效果。非常规配置轧辊是指打破常规的轧辊配置方式,改变轧辊孔型配置的加工工艺或将每套轧辊的轧辊支数加以改变,使其发挥轧辊的潜在功能。在非常规配置轧辊方面作了一些大胆的尝试,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。This paper introduces the roll groove turning method and unconventional roll configuration mode,and its application and result.The roll unconventional configuration refers to not follow the normal roll configuration practice,change the roll groove processing technology or change the amount of the roll for each roll change in order to improve the potential of each roll.It made some bold attempts in the aspect of the unconventional roll configuration,which has achieved good economic and social benefits.
