摘 要:研究甘肃省武威地区天然梭梭根系形态特征与生长状况,选取不同龄级标准木,采用全根挖掘法观察根系形态特征、风干称重法计算地上与地下生物量、烘干法(100℃)测定不同深度土壤含水量。结果表明:梭梭垂直根系发达,具有迂回生长的特点,侧根少,水平根系主要分布在40~90cm土层;不同树龄梭梭根系生物量占总生物量的比重变动为42%~47%;梭梭土壤水分稳定层为30~90cm,该层土壤含水量平均为2.33%。The selected entire plants of different age-classes of Haloxylon amrnodendron in Wuwei nat- ural grassland were studied in terms of their morphological characters and growth conditions of the root system of Haloxylon amrnodendron. The weight of the plants above and under ground biomass as well as the soil moisture content of the Wuwei grassland at different depths was determined. The result showed that the tap roots develop well and grow circuitously due to hydrotropism. The plants do not have much side roots. Their horizontal roots spread in the soil layer of 40-90 era. The ratio of underground biomass to the total changes with the different ages of the plants, fluctuates between 42 % - 47 %. The soil stable moisture layer is between 30- 90 cm,where the soil moisture content is a- round 2. 33%. The root distribution, root length, plant height, weight of dried under and above ground biomass of plants of different ages have also been studied.
