摘  要:自动空气干燥机广泛应用于雷达等电子设备中,它的功能是对波导去湿,以保证馈线系统在潮湿环境中能正常工作[1]。干燥度是其主要技术指标,用露点表示。长期以来,生产厂家都靠观察湿度显示器内硅胶颜色来检验干燥度,这显然是不够的,也不严谨,难以使用户信服。经过几年摸索之后,干燥度计算和露点测量问题已基本解决。这对以往的技术指标是一次验证,为未来的工作提供了理论基础,对类似设计具有一定参考价值。文中将在介绍自动空气干燥机工作原理的基础上,叙述干燥度的计算和测量。Automatic air drying machine is widely used in radar and other electronic equipment. It dries the waveguide to ensure that feeder system in damp environment can still work normally. Dryness is the main tech nical parameter that is represented by dew point. For a long time, manufacturers test dryness by observing the color of silica gel in humidity monitor. This is clearly not enough, also not precise. It is difficult to convince the customer. The problems about dryness calculation and dew point measurement are basically solved after several years' research. This is a verification for previous technical parameter. It provides theoretical funda mentals for future work, and has some reference value for similar design. In this article, dryness calculation and measurement are discussed after introducing the working principle of automatic air dryin machine.
