摘 要:以碳酸钙为矿物填料,选用苯丙乳液、羧基丁苯胶乳作为纸张黏合剂,全废纸浆抄造瓦楞原纸,对比了层间加填与浆内加填以及两种黏合剂对成纸物理强度性能的影响。结果表明:采用层间加填技术,碳酸钙的填加量为25%(对绝干浆)时,采用羧基丁苯胶乳作为黏合剂效果优于苯丙乳液,且当羧基丁苯胶乳用量为2%时,纸张的抗张强度、环压强度较浆内加填有较大提高。同时,通过分析对比两种加填方式纸张结构的SEM图可知,采用层间加填技术,使纸张形成的多层结构有利于提高纸张的物理强度指标。In the forming process of corrugated paper, the calcium carbonate was used as mineral filler, and the carboxylated styrenebutadiene latex and styreneacrylic emulsion were used as adhesives. Effects of filling and in terlayer filling on paper physical strength were analyzed. And the influence of two kinds of adhesive on paper physi cal strength in the process of interlayer filling were discussed. The results showed that the tensile strength and the ring crush strength increased when the calcium carbonate content was 25% (on oven dry stock) and the dosage of carboxylated styrenebutadiene latex was 2%. Meanwhile, by the SEM observation of paper structrure in the process of filling and interlayer filling, it was found that multilayer paper was beneficial to the improvement of pa per physical strength.
